Willem is an experienced finance leader and operator. He most recently was the CFO of a services business focused on security consulting, facility maintenance services, and cyber security. Will was the CFO for seven years and over that span helped set strategy and drove growth from 20 employees to over 250. After selling the business in 2023, he decided to go back to his entrepreneurial roots and started Rhine Bridge Holdings. He is now full-time focused on executing Rhine Bridge’s strategy of identifying, acquiring, and operating a high-quality business.

Originally from Amsterdam, Netherlands, he came to the United States to study in the Midwest and graduated from the University of Chicago.

Growing up in the Netherlands and cycling to school, he crossed the Rhine River daily either by local ferry or across the famous bridge.
